1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PrintSite Solution's services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Services Description

PrintSite Solution provides custom printing services including but not limited to:

  • T-Shirt Printing: Custom designs on various fabrics
  • Sublimation Printing: Heat transfer printing for fabrics
  • DTF (Direct to Film) Sticker Printing: Durable sticker printing
  • Fabric Printing: Cotton, Nylon, Leather, PVC, EVA materials
  • Offset Printing: Large-scale commercial printing
  • Design and Branding Services: Custom graphic design

3. Order Process

3.1 Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.

3.2 Order Confirmation

Orders are considered confirmed only upon receipt of:

  • Written confirmation via email
  • 50% advance payment (where applicable)
  • Approval of final artwork

3.3 Artwork Requirements

Customers must provide print-ready artwork in the following formats:

  • Vector files: .AI, .EPS, .PDF (preferred)
  • High-resolution images: 300 DPI minimum
  • CMYK color mode for printing

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified. Prices do not include GST, which will be added at the applicable rate.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • 50% advance payment required for order confirmation
  • Balance 50% payable before delivery
  • For corporate clients: 7-day payment terms upon delivery

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

  • Bank Transfer
  • UPI
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Cash (at our office only)

5. Production and Delivery

5.1 Production Time

Standard production times:

  • T-Shirt Printing: 3-5 business days
  • DTF Stickers: 2-3 business days
  • Sublimation Printing: 4-6 business days
  • Fabric Printing: 5-7 business days

Rush orders available at additional cost (subject to feasibility).

5.2 Delivery

  • Local Mohali/Chandigarh delivery: Free
  • National shipping: Calculated based on weight and destination
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

6. Quality Assurance

6.1 Quality Standards

We maintain high-quality standards. However, variations may occur due to:

  • Fabric/material differences
  • Color variations in monitor display vs. print
  • Nature of the printing process

6.2 Inspection Period

Customers must inspect products within 24 hours of delivery and report any defects immediately.

7. Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Customized/personalized orders
  • Orders where artwork was approved by customer
  • Change of mind

Refunds or reprints are only provided for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Significant deviation from approved sample
  • Damaged goods during transit (must be reported within 24 hours)

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Customer Artwork

Customers warrant that they own or have permission to use all artwork submitted for printing.

8.2 Our Designs

All designs created by PrintSite Solution remain our intellectual property unless specifically transferred in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

PrintSite Solution's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific order. We are not liable for:

  • Consequential or indirect damages
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Delays due to circumstances beyond our control

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
